The squeeze your calves with air compression. If they squeeze too tight then loosen the Velcro and if not enough pressure then tighten it....easy! There is also more than one setting so I can't see that people should find these having the wrong type of pressure because all you have to do is adjust the pressure. They have loads of Velcro which means they can be secured tightly for thin legs and very large legs. Yes the devise is loud so using them when watching a movie with the family is not cool. I do wish the cuffs rolled more on my aching calves instead of just squeezing them . I hope this helps to give everyone the honest truth about what to expect.

These were a gift for my father's 85th birthday! His legs swell sometimes and these worked well! Shipping was fast, good packaging item worked out of box! The don't have heat but they are very effective T compression massage and helping circulation!

I'm using these during my recovery from spine surgery to prevent clots. I returned a competitive product for being unwieldy, noisy and not massaging the right way and generally a pain to operate. These are comfortable, easy to put on with limited mobility, quiet and have two good massaging routines. The only negative is that as a 76 y/o male that is not overweight, my lower legs are not overly large. These just barely close before running out of velcro. Someone with thinner legs than mine will not be able to get them tight enough and I wonder if the inflation will be enough to provide a good squeeze.

Great idea and product and works great. One note is that make sure you use the provided usb-c charger cable or it won't charge. Simple and easy to use It was very comfortable using and very simple to use. The price isn't bad overall and the compressor part is great.

Got this for bf & he LOVES it!! He likes that they're adjustable, he can loosen or tighten them as needed. They're lightweight, durable, & fairly quiet. He likes the different massage modes, & likes that he can change the intensity. The automatic shut off feature comes in handy when he falls asleep while using them. They help with his circulation & restless legs at night.

These are amazing. My legs love them — and they’ve genuinely helped ease my restless leg symptoms. I’m a nurse, and after long shifts the relief is noticeable. Even my husband (also a nurse) uses them sometimes, which says a lot. Final verdict: Comfortable, effective, and worth it. Highly recommend for healthcare workers and anyone on their feet all day. 🩺🦵✨

Excellent pressure/compression! I tried a full leg one and it had a mild to medium level of compression which really did nothing for me as a guy needed this for sports recovery. At the third level, this one actually almost becomes too strong which is perfect!

Bought this January 10 after my hospital grade compression machine stopped working. Had a knee replacement and needed to keep using one. After reading reviews I took a chance with this one. This is not as loud as my old compression machine. All these machines are noisy but I was pleasantly surprised that this is very tolerable. It has just enough massage levels to be effective and they are comparable to my hospital grade machine. It cycles through whatever level you pick for 20” which is a good amount time for a massage to be effective. The cuffs are big enough and the machine is compact. It also plugs into the wall so I don’t have to worry about charging it or buying batteries. I use this machine 1 to 2 times a day and my legs feel great after my massage session!

I am impressed with the functionality of these. I have ordered and returned leg massagers that are much more expensive and are well rated. These leg massagers are much better, easier to use, easier to store, and work much better than the expensive ones. Worth the money.

I don’t normally write reviews, but these are too good not to. Full disclosure: I bought them because my neurodivergent brain craves strong compression, not for an injury. In a perfect world I would get a massage chair for full compression but that’s way out of my price range. I love that these are affordable and small enough to move to different areas. They’ve reduced my anxiety a ton, I sleep better now, and they’ve even helped my bad knee and foot feel better and more mobile!

These are heaven sent! Body aches during chemo can be insane, so I bought these to see if they would curb the ache! Holy buckets am I glad I did! These things are incredible!
